Have you customer's ultrasound probe broken so offen or got problem out of warranty? And do you want to repair them or prolong your probes' service life?
here some tips as bellow:

A：Ultrasound probes is most important electronic components for ultrasound,its costly and exquisite .you must handle ultrasound transducers with care to avoid causing cosmetic damage or crystal array damage. There was nothing unusual about probes dropped it on the ground and caused shadow image .

B:never use disinfectant fluid (including alcohol）to clear the lens of the probes,but clear gel is very necessary.

C:never bend and twist the probes'cable, as there are 28 to more than 300 wires inside and each connect with a element. Even one wire broken and the signal will greatly reduce or have black line in probes' sirscan.

D:Don't let probe work through whole day.Pls make sure press ultrasound"freeze button" to end crystal element working after use.
